While most One Health conference attendees are likely traveling to their respective hometowns from Boston today, I am thankful I don’t have to deal with airport security! I am settling down to listen to new content now available for e-conference attendees.
From Monday, May 6, Plenary Session 3, the Janet Doe Lecture by Joanna Gard Marshall is now ready for viewing and/or listening. Also available from Monday is the MLA Awards Ceremony and Luncheon.
Sessions from Tuesday, May 7 that are now available are the MLA Business Meeting Part 2, the Presidential Inaugural Address, and the MLA 2014 Invitation, along with the NLM Update.
Audio for the Joseph Leiter NLM/MLA Lecture from this (Wednesday) morning is already available. Not sure if video will be uploaded later. I have a lot of catching up to do!
I don’t know if anyone else watching the videotaped sessions is experiencing this, but I am not able to view the videos full screen. Also, one drawback of not being there live is that you can’t see the presenter and their slides at the same time. Still, I am grateful that I do get to listen, watch, and see the slides on my computer.
Safe travels to all. Please login to check out the online proceedings once you get settled back home – here is your chance to catch all the wonderful sessions you couldn’t attend because there is always just too much great stuff happening at MLA.
